Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one if returned within 30 days. Please note we can only accept back C2 Clean Beauty/California Clean products that were directly purchased through C2CleanBeauty.com, we cannot accept products that were purchased from a third-party retailer.
In the event of you needing to return it, please follow these steps below to return your purchase:
- Contact us for an RMA number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We do not pay for shipping charges associated with returns.
- Returns should be made within 30 days. Product containers should be included in the box and the product must be mostly full. Multiple returns/exchanges will not be allowed.
- All bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
- Please ship the products to the address below to ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund.
I RETURNED MY ORDER, WHERE IS MY REFUND?
C2 Clean Beauty/California Clean will issue a refund within 14 business days of receiving and processing your returned order in our warehouse. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles. If your credit card has expired prior to your return request, we may offer a C2 Clean Beauty/California Clean credit instead.

When an order is placed on C2 Clean Beauty/California Clean we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to cancel or change an order once it’s submitted.
